Maybe a complex problem, but there is often standing water (rain or shine, but especially when it's been raining) on the sidewalk and the street in the block just east of Walnut on the south side of 12th Street. .
Street at the edge of property where the house driveway meets the street has a long pothole.
Last week there was a water main issue on N Kinser Pike very close to the entrance of Upper Cascades Park. There is a deep cut made in the pavement as you are driving N that will make you get new tires and an alignment. The signage is good but that doesn't go far enough. THE HOLE NEEDS ABOUT 4 INCHES OF FILLER AND SMOOTHED. THANKS. I'd say we could bury some evidence in it..but I'm not sure that's a good idea. Because I live next to Cascades Golf Course and many, many people drive that portion of Kinser Pike please HURRY UP..

Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. While this area is under construction, I wonder if you could fix the drainage on northwest corner of the intersection of 6th and Adams. The storm drain sits slightly above the pavement on one corner. The intersection itself may also be below grade. The intersection collects an inch or two of water when it rains.

Leaves from other properties wash down the hill and covering the sewer drain at the bottom, blocking the path for runoff to enter the drain. A crew had recently come to take care of the blockage, but only removed some of the leaves and poked holes in the remaining pile covering the drain. With a big rainstorm coming soon, and this being a flood-prone area, its unlikely this doesn't result in serious flooding
