The amount issued for parking tickets is absolutely ridiculous and while waiting for my pay check to come in in order to pay it, it doubled in less than a month.
THIS IN INAAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE TO GET: 404 Not Found You step in the stream, But the water has moved on. This page is not here. THIS SITE IS POOR, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SITE.
I am trying to file a police report and after entering the address the page returns with an error. I cannot file without this step.
I just tried twice to submit a water/sewer concern and I’m not sure it went through. Should I see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email? Thanks.
Hey just a suggestion that’s all. But can you consider building a Dairy Queen around the vicinity of the college mall? I’d walk over there and get a delicious Blizzard along with their burgers. Mmmm.
U report not working
Can there be a policy change so staff do not comment on a case using the resident's name thus identifying people who report concerns?
The landing page for uReport states the following: "Use uReport to notify the City of community issues, such as potholes, graffiti, malfunctioning street lights, and more." Perhaps there could be a FAQ of sorts added that clarifies that broad statement. The FAQ could point residents to Duke Energy for reporting malfunctioning street lights. I appreciate the DPW staff member who submitted a request to Duke Energy on my behalf, but it probably would be best for everyone involved to be able to filter out some requests that do not need to be reported to the city. Additionally, I suggest the graffiti part be amended to state, graffiti on city property, as it is unclear that the city does not take care of graffiti on private property even if it is offensive with foul language. Thank you.
I tried submitting a few tickets from my iPhone. I got as far as submitting the request and the resulting page said "processing your request" but never gave me a message like when I submit a request from my computer like "your request has been processed" and a ticket number to reference.
