Decide of North Rogers at 10th Street. Curb ramp / crosswalk blocked by construction sign. Orange barrels stored on sidewalk north of intersection. Sidewalk was to be unimpacted.

Crosswalk and curb ramp blocked on east side of rogers at 10th by construction sign. You guys got any enforcement ideas or you just gonna let this happen every single day?
There is large graffiti on a stone wall on Henderson between 1st and 2nd streets. There is also graffiti on the sidewalks.
There is graffiti with profanities on the sidewalk on Henderson just North of 1st street. There is also graffiti on a wall next to the sidewalk. Thank you for your help!
These bricks have been loose and uneven for years. I tripped on them a few days ago, and snapped a pic to remind me to report this. Location: sidewalk along Morton east of Showers bldg, by first large rock sourh of bus shelter.
Graffity
A swastika is spray painted on a telephone pole near the intersection of Cherokee Drive and Rogers St. The pole is on the northern side of Cherokee, closer to the northern gravel drive than the paved road.
There has been a steadily increasing amount of graffiti on top of the mural on the underpass. Just the other day I saw two spray paint cans.
In the alley between the Ifell building downtown and 200 S madison street apartments, there is a little doorway-esque nook in the building underneath the hipster records people, first floor. in the nook, there's a big red swastika. just noticed it today, 9/24/21, don't walk by there too often so not sure how long it has been there. please paint over it soon!! thank you for the work you do <3
6585 Fairfax Rd Bloomington, Indiana has false information posted on an electric pole. "Posting campaign signs on power poles and other electricity network structures is prohibited by law – a breach of both the Electricity Supply Act and the Graffiti Control Act."
