The middle LED street light over the sidewalk and pedestrian bridge alongside Country Club just west of Burger King is out. There are three lights along this walking and riding sidewalk and bridge, and the middle one has been out for many months.

Is there any plan to pick the trash along N Walnut Street? There's been a lot of trash along the road for a number of months, especially underneath the railroad bridge between 12th and 14th streets, the intersection at the IN-45/46 Bypass, & north of the AAA location.

So the 4th St. garage barrage has yet to stop. Here I am standing atop this structure, howling at the moon like any feral Indiana Kat does, and I see the ease with which someone could make themselves flat as a pancake here in this town I love. Look at that ledge: if it is bar height should it be well to have a rail?
