Not really graffiti but I was not sure what category to select. I am curious about the laws regarding posting advertisements on signs and other surfaces around the city. Is it allowed? Is the Poster required to come back and remove the sign after the event date has passed?

There is a hate sticker on the Playful City USA sign next to the Mills Shower Park on N College near the stoplight at 17th. Please remove.
Sticker of some sort is on the speed limit sign facing West on e morningside drive just east of n smith.
