Our water pressure has dropped considerably this morning to the point where the water is just dribbling out the faucet.
There is no issue. This report is being filed for use in the creation of an SOP for responding to a complaint filed on uReport. Please direct to Tyler Steury, Utilities Water Quality.
My water is off and shouldn’t be off
Water bill doubled since last month and toilets are having low water pressure. Worried that there might be a water leak.
The water meter is leaking severally at this location and is causing large water usage alerts to us. Please fix immediately and adjust our billing due to it being on your end.
There is excessive water usage taking place at this property. It has been occurring for over a week. We have notified you that we believe the leak is on the City's side. The smell of our tap water is atrocious. Even with a new filter in our fridge/freezer it doesn't help much. The Brita filter on the countertop pitcher definitely helps though (for whatever it filters out).
No water
Our tap water has been brown for several weeks now. I spoke with my neighbor at 651 W Clover Terrace and they also are experiencing brown tap water. I've talked with others in the area and they are having the same issue. We're concerned about the water quality.
