2627 S Madison ST
- Case Date:

Yard grass excessively long.
Yard grass excessively long.
Trash and recycling cans permanently left at the street curb.
Trash and recycling cans permanently left at the curb.
The tenants left an entire trailer of trash in the empty lot on S Madison and country club Dr. They have been loading up trailers of trash from inside the house for days and this abandoned trailer makes me wonder where everything is being dumped. Trash is falling off the trailer and all over this lot.
Property owners at 2500(elderly) have multiple ramshackle sheds in their backyard, wired with power but undoubtedly not up to code. Their fence bordering 2504 is literally made from garbage and is falling apart into the yard of 2504. Its a Fire hazard and a pest hazard, I see raccoons and opossum going in and out of their shanty town sheds all the time.
Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.
Elderly Homeowners at 2502 have a horrid, unstable, "fence" made out of literally garbage. They also have a literal shanty town of shacks and homemade sheds in their backyard, some of which are wired with electricity which I imagine is NOT UP TO CODE. FIRE HAZARD. DISEASE HAZARD as well since i have seen raccoons and opossum going in and out of the sheds nearest my property line like they own the place. Not only does it look like absolute shit, it IS A DISEASE AND FIRE HAZARD. I DEMAND SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS.
Between 2504 and 2508 there is an empty lot. Owners of said lot don't live in this neighborhood and CONSISTENTLY ignore their grass overgrowth. Its already 3 feet tall, and they did the same thing the past two years. Its a rodent and insect haven overgrown and I am tired of them NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR PROPERTY.
Excessive trash outside the house. In trash bags.
Excessive yard waste at the street. Help cleanup our neighborhood.
