Piles of garbage left out on the front yard etc. At what point does enforcement of this house get serious? They are repeat offenders.

The main electric wire from the pole to this house has been hanging low for nearly a full year after a limb fell on the wire and pulled the wire holder attachment anchor out of the house structure. We (Chickering Rentals) own and manage a rental next to this property at 1006 e 1st, and the electric wire for 1002 e 1st is hanging low enough to touch in our back yard and creating a hazard. I alerted Duke and they informed me that they cannot do anything to re-hang the wire until the property owner at 1002 e 1st re-mounts the wire holder anchor, or installs new service mast. I attempted to reach out to the owner of 1002 e 1st to ask them to make the necessary repair and was unsuccessful. Not sure if the city can do anything about this to help. Tree plot on the north side of 1st stretching east from 717 S. Henderson: ivergrown with weeds. A developer hroke ground around mid-June, demo'd rhe structure, cleared, excavated a footprint. Hasn't been back in over a month. May not know that they are responsible for mowing the treeplot strip on 1st Street
