Alley way between N. Washington an N. Lincoln is very overgrown for pedestrians and vehicles.
Alley way between N. Washington an N. Lincoln is very overgrown for pedestrians and vehicles.
West end of the retaining wall on north side of the property (Cottage Grove side) has degraded so much so that the capstone is no longer supported by underlaying stone and could fail if any significant pressure is placed on it, such as someone sitting or stepping on it. It is adjacent to the former driveway.
The back property line for the new apartment complex at 714 North Walnut has not been maintained all summer, and is extremely overgrown at this point. I've e-mailed the new property owners several time this summer asking them to maintain this area, but have been unable to get a response from them. This can be viewed easily from my backyard, if necessary.
Uncollected trash has been sitting in front of 706 N Washington St. for several weeks now.
Trash piled up for weeks on NW corner of property, spilling over property line.
Trash can being stored on sidewalk 24/7
Two large trash containers being stored on sidewalk blocking pedestrians.
Trash cans sitting by street for the last two weeks
Does the City ever follow up with these reports? This property has had garbage cans on the sidewalk for at least a month, blocking pedestrian traffic.
Trash piled up AGAIN alongside alley, bags ripped open by animals, trash blowing onto neighboring properties.
