The snow on the west sidewalk is piled up so high it is impossible to walk through. It is more snow than nearby un-shoveled areas. It creates a dangerous situation for pedestrians, forcing them to the street.

New residents are not being informed about what can be put in recycling containers. The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done. This address has had recycling containers sitting by the street for awhile now.

Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck). Property is not grandfathered, so has maximum of three occupants. Landlord advertises it as 4-bedroom:
