Behind the fence at 323 S. Davisson it has not been tended this entire year. Overgrowth is between seven and 8 feet and height and thoroughly filled with poison ivy. I believe poison ivy is considered invasive noxious. This needs to be taken care of. Turned into reports this year already no effect would like to see something happen.
U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.
I am not sure what the owner of this building has planned, but it seems there has seem some slow work done to the house since my husband and I have bought and renovated our home a year and a half ago. In this time, we have seen animals come and go from this abandoned house, seemingly homeless people come and go from the basement and the windows boarded up. This home is in utter disarray. With so many homes in the prospect hill area being renovated and maintaining the historical feel, this is one of the few if not the only home that is a major eye sore on our neighborhood. I am not sure if there can be anything done legally to motivate the owner to do renovations more quickly or to just tear it town. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated to address this problem. sidewalk snow removal
snow is piled up on sidewalks at this intersection. mostly on the southwest corner.
306 s Euclid apt 1&2 west side stair rotted. Very dangerous to use.
The front yard is VERY overgrown. The backyard is HORRENDOUS.
