Recycling bin sitting on sidewalk - NW corner of property on Lincoln.
Trash bins sitting on sidewalk
Yard growth is completely covering sidewalk entrance
Trash and recycling has been blocking sidewalk for a week and now is being blown up and down the street.
The house across from ours has excessive overgrowth. We can tell that the bugs are overpopulating in this area because of it. Our landlord has let us know it has now been like this for over 10 years.
The garage belonging to 522 W. 4th Street--the garage that sits along Jackson St., has had mattresses/box springs piled against it for at least 6 weeks. There is also a pile of loose trash behind the garage that's been there for the same amount of time. That mess is an eyesore!!!
This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706. Trash: Other: The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.
Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.
Lawn at 616 N. Monroe St. is overgrown and about 2 feet tall. Been like that for months now
There are 5 mattresses-box springs & several sacks of garbage behind the garage belonging to 522 W. 4th St. The pile has been there for several weeks.
