This house has been neglected for at least the two years that I have been in the area. There is a tree branch that has fallen into the roof, causing a hole. The branch has been there for over a year and the whole has gotten bigger. The frame of the house near the front window looks 'broken.' It looks like the house is falling to the side. The lawn is completely overgrown. It has had zero attention in two years (plus?). It is out of control.
There is a van parked at the house. Every now and then the van will be moved from the driveway to the street in front of the house, but it seems like for the most part the house is abandoned. Sometimes some rather shady people come and go from that area but I don't know if they actually go into the house or not.

Contrary to what HAND might think, this issue has not been resolved. 700 Eastside Drive, corner of Eastside and University.
These 2 cans have been sitting in the same place for over a month now. Yesterday we had pick-up, nothing moved.Trash is sitting around the open can (again). Do we need to have a rat infestation before these cans are emptied? I also speak for my neighbors.
