This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

People living at this address have mounds of trash in the sidewalk and almost going into the road. It’s been there for a few days. It’s disgusting and we do not want rats to be attracted to our neighborhood.
