Trash bags in the front yard full of trash. Beer cans under the trees.
Weeds are 6' high. The front and rear of the property have excessive overgrowth.
Bamboo on west side of house, visible from First St.
This house has basically been abandoned. No one lives in or cared for it in over a year. The screens and deck are falling off. The house and yard are in disrepair. The owners left their trash bins lying in the driveway along with a covered car, and tarp covered boxes/furniture, and other junk. According to GIS taxes haven’t been paid at all last year. Can’t anything be done? We have another abandoned house on Browning Lane but it at least has an owner in the area!
Unkept yard
This neighbor, 3231 Allendale, has had trash bags out for days (with stickers, not in the new cans) and our trash day is not happening until Thursday. She also had bagged trash out last week (with stickers) and other trash bins strewn in driveway. Birds pull apart the trash bags and turn it into litter!
For the second week in a row the house on the corner of allendale and browning has had trash at the curb since Sunday and other trash/recycling piled in front of garage. Not all trash/recycle is in bins. She's still putting out loose bags of trash too. This house is consistently not kept up with various codes. Lately trash violations top the list!!
This house (3231 S Allendale) is a continual eyesore and code violation in our neighborhood. Today's issue is garbage. The attached picture was taken on 1/24. Today was our trash day, and rather than put the cans to the curb, they left them turned over (and full of trash!)as they have been all week. The cans are always left toppled in front of the house which violates the guidance we received to keep them in a garage or behind the home. The full and toppled cans have been that way all week and are likely to attract pests. Thank you for looking into it.
This address has had recycling containers sitting by the street for awhile now. (8th street side)
