No snow removal on sidewalks. This is managed by granite properties. Both buildings 801 & 809 have parking lots cleared but not the sidewalks. It has been well after 24hrs since the last snowfall.

I have been dealing with a leak from the upstate department for seven weeks now. I have spent my own money and my own time to redirect the leak. I have had to move furniture in my living room and bedroom. I spent multiple shop vac, moving furniture, vacuuming, and spraying the carpet. I have had absolutely no help from the summit point staff after making six submissions for their help. I would appreciate any help I can get.
