Someone dumped a refrigerator and it is now blocking the sidewalk. The property is a vacant lot.

Open trashcans and trash left permanently on City property (Habitat St.) Mosquito breeding site and vermin spread trash over street and nearby property.
Re: #165767 metal trash cans and car tire are not on his private property, according to Street Department. Also, the City never gave up right of way to alley before Habitat Street was paved, but property owner converted area to private use. He did the same thing with the Indiana RR right-of-way, but the RR cleared all of his junk out. City code prohibits open containers and trash being scattered. I just bought this property and the trees in the front yard are growing very close to the power lines.
Classic Bowling lanes - Scattered trash all around the edges of the property.
Massively overgrown weeds on border with skating rink property. No attempt to maintain
This yard has not been mowed in at least 60 days. The grass and weeds are very tall.
We attended the football game on Saturday and walked through this complex at 1425 N Dunn. The trash is atrocious and you can't even walk on the sidewalks because of the overgrown landscaping. I have attached a few photos of the grounds, and this is just a portion of the trash. This is an embarrassment to Bloomington and also to guests from out of town that see this mess. If you could please advise!
