This yard is all bamboo. The bamboo has grown out considerably into the street. and now some the stalks are completely parallel to the road and hang down considerably. Trucks would brush through it whenever. But cars just miss it, unless it rains when it actually is a bit dangerous hitting your car. The sidewalk in front of the house is impassable, too, with a lot of weed growth. Quite the neighborhood eyesore.

I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! The height of the grass in the back yard is excessive (over 18 inches).
Overgrown and trash in front and back, dying bamboo into alley, falling down porch.
Had an individual call the Mayors office the past two days concerned about the excessive growth located near Westplex and 3rd South, west corner. Wanted me to reopen his prior uReport with the number 189088, but am not able to so I am filing a new one. He said that he has also seen homeless individuals in this area.
