This mattress frame has been here adjacent to the alley for at least three months. It sits behind the house at approximately 102 N Bryan Ave. I'm not sure if I submitted this under the right category or not. This has nothing to be with city trash pickup. This garbage has simply been in this yard adjacent to an alley for months.
