The occupants of 501 S Village Court use the easement behind the unit to dump dog waste and bagged trash. While it is out of site for them, it is within plain view and smell of my property at 430 S Westwood Drive. I spent hours this past weekend cleaning up their trash in the easement but refuse to handle to dog waste. And while you are on Village Court, please notice all the violations of trash and waste. This entire cul-de-sac is a festering open wound on what otherwise would be a wonderful neighborhood. Please advise on what can be done to clean up this entire blight on the Highland Village area.

I live in the apartments by this building and use the grass lot to let my dog use the bathroom multiple times a day. I’ve been doing so since August. I believe this building is getting turned into the new Police Department. There have been tons of trucks and workers in the parking lot next to the green grass. As a result, TONS of trash and food has been left in the grass. This includes uncrustables food wrappers, bananas, bread crust, plastic bags and more. My dog has been trying to eat all of this waste and it is a choking hazard. Please take care of this issue.

WILD BIRDS HAVE ENTERED EXHAUST VENTING AND ATTACKING HOUSE DAILY! Could you provide me with a resource to appeal for landlord's unfavorable action? Briefly, Deer park management asked for 2,000 $ deposit for the 2 bedroom apartment for rent due to my lack of credibility in 2017. Now the apartment return only 800 $. They charged whole painting cost and so forth. I do not think it is reasonable to charge. Please, I need an institute for the appeal for this issue before the court. Thanks, Jae

There is quite a bit of trash on the side of the road (both W. 17th St. and Monroe) and inside the fence of the Tri-North Middle School Property. I don't know if the school or the construction company is responsible for picking it up. But it's been there and accumulating for quite some time. Thank you.
