Garbage piled up on south side of the house along the alley. They have not all moved out for the summer - lights on at night - so there is someone around who could be setting out the trash.

We sent in a mold test because my son has not been feeling well. The test came back with 4 different types of mold. I have complained to the landlord and they said they took a test and it came back negative. We have not seen the test and they said they have an attorney. I need to get my son out of their. Exposed garbage, rats and other animals opening bags of garbage at 710 E. Cottage Grove, which is next to a state-licensed day care facility. Also, speeding traffice on E. Cottage Grove, no sidewalk crossing or slow speed or children playing signs at this intersection.
Can someone from HAND please leave a good neighbor flier for these people? They play loud music day and night that can be heard a few doors down and they drive unsafely through the alley. I will be stopping by to speak to them myself, and my next step will be calling BPD about the noise if they do not adhere to City noise ordinance.
