On the west side of N. Williams St. between 8th and 9th Sts., the yard is so overgrown that it blocks half the width of the street, making it difficult to navigate when other cars are approaching during most of the year and impossible to navigate when snow plowing further narrows the passage.

This is the 3rd time I've reported this issue (previously reported on Oct. 12 and Nov. 15). On the west side of N. Williams St. between 8th and 9th Sts. truck and trailer fully blocking sidewalk on west side of N rogers at 10th st (just north of B-line). truck says JDH, they're installing fiber for the city (not AEG) to connect the BDU to Fairview elem and Butler park. they have an MOT in the jan 17 BPW packet. this location isn't on it? and anyways they closed the sidewalk on this busy road at morning rush when my kids were walking to school (fairview). thanks!

Along many properties along Smith Avenue drivers are rounding, curb curves and driving into peoples front yards. The intersections need to be re-engineered.. Also, there are many weeds between the sidewalk in the street.
