Drivers don’t have pedestrian crosswalks in their line of vision! I have to wave my hands to get the attention of some cars turning right in front of me onto the highway. I’ve seen them shocked to see me. I points to the crossing sign and they look mystified. That’s a problem not to overplay this, but statistically pedestrian accidents on in suburbia, and on highways or streets, and make situation is skyrocketing, I don’t want to be one of them put a Second crossing sign on the Mouradian that’s where drivers expect to see it, meaning, that’s how far they are looking while they’re looking at everything else, too, like crossing traffic, merging decisions, timing, their own lights . They’re not looking for us walkers. So I need you to correct this with immediate instillation of bigger better pedestrian crossing warnings and signs. Thank you.

Cont. Attention to more aggressive crossing lights. I reported this intersection, with its crosswalks and pedestrican cross lights, as being inadequate, given the frequency that drivers do not even sense that they should look way across six lanes of traffic to decide if they should wait for me or run over me. I mistakenly wrote the whole note referring to “crosswalks”; what I meant to write (couldn’t find an edit function after I sent it) pedestrian cross LIGHTS within the drivers’ line of vision. Hello, I am filing this report to follow up on open case #181958 regarding "Cross-traffic does not stop" indication signs to be added to the West- and East-facing stop signs. I would like to see this report acted upon as there have been more collisions and near-misses since I originally reported this intersection and as a nearby resident, it would reduce the extra noise (honking, collision sounds, yelling, etc) off an already very busy/noisy street, and I worry for the safety of drivers, especially those unfamiliar with this unique intersection that are most at risk for causing an accident to occur. Thank you for your consideration in this important matter, and I hope my remarks are helpful as you move forward to a solution.

The cover of one of the new boxes in the ground for the fiber optic cable is off. This makes a deep hole about 1.5 x 3 feet that a small child or dog could step into.

The overhang to Bubs burgers is far too low. As a tall person, I have to go around it and step into the road. Why are sidewalks discriminating against tall individuals? I pay taxes to maintain this area and deserve to be able to walk freely on that side of the street. -Randy

This is the 4th time I've reported this issue (previously reported Oct. 12, Nov. 15, Dec. 12, 2022). On the west side of N. Williams St. between 8th and 9th Sts. (location: 39.170070, -86.543292), the yard is so overgrown that it blocks half the width of the street, making it difficult to navigate when other cars are approaching during most of the year and impossible to navigate when snow plowing further narrows the passage.

Recently, I've noticed something odd with the timing of the traffic lights, to the point that it almost seems like the city's purposely changed them, I'm not good number of flights around town as soon as one turns green and you start the next one will purposely turn red before you even get to it and this is many many of the lights around town day and night so you literally have to stop at every light, honestly this was done on purpose?

Heading towards Eagleson, at the corners of University and Highland, and University and Eagleson: trees/shrubs on the left are blocking the view. Especially on University and Highland the 2 trees in the corner yard make it very hard to see any traffic coming from the left.
