The reflective signs designating the runoff/curb/flower boxes on Allen Street are white. They completely disappear in the snow. Several cars have driven into and over the curbs. Large yellow/green/red signs are needed to make these less hazardous.

A stop sign at Allendale and Westminster (for cars going east on Allendale--sign is on south side of road)is constantly being ignored by folks driving on Allendale. Is foliage blocking the sign maybe? We need some traffic calming measures before someone gets injured by a car not stopping.

Could we have increased signage at Atwater and Fess indicating that cross traffic does not stop? This additional sign could be affixed to each of the current stop signs. This location is particularly prone to near-misses as the parking garage invites visitors into town who don't necessarily realize that Atwater is a major East artery for the town.

Illegal dumping on CSX Transportation property directly next to B-Line trail. I have contacted the County Solid Waste Department, but they had said they cannot do anything since access would be required on the B-Line trail.
