Vegetation is blocking half of the sidewalk in the 200 block of E 3rd. I could cite many other examples, but thus one blocked me today. Thank you.

Kilroys blocking sidewalk. Maybe 20” clear. This has happened multiple times before. Fine them. Let me know what happens.
4/4/24 : Added a dividing line to the sidewalk and notifed KOK staff. Nothing should cross over the line. Line will be managed by COB.

Barriers blocking sidewalk in violation of ADA accessibility standards
