This entire length of Covenanter (Kroger to Clarizz) has several severe potholes. Some are new since this winter but a large one near the Covenanter Hill office (3101) has been there a while and is particularly bad.

What does it mean when a HAND report says "Will monitor"? Specifically, how long does the office wait until an actual fine is assessed? For example, see case #183713. Parker will not keep the lawns cut unless someone pesters them about it.
I was going to the CASA office and then to B-foods last week. I wanted to park my bike at this convenient bike rack on the B-line, only to discover that I couldn't because of the stupid scooters. No, I don't want them obstructing the walks or preventing my use of bike racks!
Mister Mayor, thank you for the commitment to now have city workers out and about wear masks. It was overdue and appreciated. But how about those still working in an office? Workers are still going to meetings in the same room without masks and it's uncomfortable to watch online and I'm sure even more uncomfortable in person for those present. Have all been issued a mask to wear so this does not happen?

Hello, I am re-developing the property @ 3000 South Walnut. The location is where the former Southern Winds Hotel and Roosters club were located. The property at the beginning a workout facility and a chiropractors office. AS you pull out from the property and are going to turn left (North) and cross traffic, there are two trees located to the north on the side of the road. When cars are coming South and I am turning to the North, it is difficult to see whats coming and that is where the speed limit changes from 30 to 40mph, which is the place many seems to start speeding up. We will have more traffic than ever entering and leaving the property right from the beginning and even more as the property continues to be redeveloped overtime after the initial building and business's are active. A stop light right around there of course would be superb for the property but probably could never happen due to the traffic that occur that comes over the hill when people are traveling South down South Walnut. With that in mind I was hoping the two large trees could be taken down so it is much safer at that point because of the visibility that would open up. One tree is directly in from of the property and the other is directly in front on an older apartment complex that has around 10 apartments in it, it looks like. Would this be possible? Or maybe we could plant a couple new tress which would be much smaller and take several years to grow out? Of course that problem would show up again several years from now but it would take care of it presently for sevevral years. I am just worried about such a great new area being redeveloped for the area and future to have potential traffic issues with people being able to see when pulling out of the property. Recently there were workers that were putting some kind of wires underground. Now we have several street lights out. Three of them are ours but one is a city light post by the city bus line sign. I'm not sure if this was caused by the workers.
We are located at 2909 E Buick Cadillac Blvd. - Dr. J. Blue Davis's dental office. The property adjoining ours appears to have been abandoned and we are noticing that the landscape is becoming overgrown with plants, grasses and weeds. Also, the fence is the back of the property is beginning to fall down. Is there anything that the City can do to keep this property from becoming an eyesore for the other businesses on our street.
The street sign is missing Post Road. It just has Grandview but not a Post Road sign at that intersection.
