Resurfacing of Grandview Hills Neighborhood roads took place this year. However, the job looks incomplete. Resurfacing took place on Grandview Drive, Post Road, and Staats. Approximately 30 yards eastward from the stop sign at E Post Road and N Staats St, in the westbound lane of Post road, is a 12" wide by 33" long rectangular indentation originally dug by a contractor and then filled in. The fill has since subsided by one to two inches throughout. Hope it can be topped off to make a smoother street.

The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.
