I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? The #2 south route is apparently having a detour related to storm damage, running on Coolidge instead of Graham. You need to inform riders of these changes. That's what the app and website are for. Or better yet- post a sign at the affected stops. I understand it is extra work for you but how are riders supposed to know about these things if they are not posted anywhere?

Obstruction of sidewalk by protesters. It happens almost every day but especially bad on Thursdays. They intimidate people walking and post horrific images and also park a very large van every day. This needs to stop and reflects horribly on our city to have people out harassing pedestrians all the time.

Blocked Street

Case Date:

There is a recurring problem at this intersection. Drivers heading west on 3rdSt/46 and turning south onto College Mall Rd routinely block the eastbound traffic on 3rd St by blocking the intersection after their turn light turns red. Tonight the intersection was blocked for the eastbound traffics entire green light. The Do Not Block the Intersection signs go unnoticed or unheeded. I’ve contacted the Mayors office before and my complaint was forwarded to someone who couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to address the problem. I’ve contacted the Police Department who said it wasn’t a priority and they didn’t have the manpower to do anything even if it was a priority. My suggestion is to make the Do Not Block the Intersection signs more noticeable and to shorten the duration of the left turn signal for those turning south onto College Mall Rd from the westbound 3rd St lanes. Thank you.

N North street is a dead end road. The end of the road has taken over the turn around and the little road that was started and on Google maps, turning left. Behind that's black and white truck is where the road should be but there is a demo derby car sitting on a trailer there . It has been moved up and down the road and placed in different spots but this is where it is sitting now . There have been several other junk cars that sit there too . They have filled this property and the whole street with scrap metal, junk cars, doors, motors, broken lawnmowers and such. This has created an issue with the sanitation department not wanting to come down the street to gather trash and recycling and the City Post Office does not feel comfortable coming down this road because they have to back out. If this property was properly maintained there would be a turnaround and an additional Side Road. The squatters that are there have taken over everything and put a no trespassing sign up so that people can't even (right side of photo) turn around down there. My address is 656 N North st. Please help clean this area up. My family is new to this street and have already called HAND and the fire chief. It is a dangerous situation if someone were to need a fire truck or ambulance. The main street is still not marked properly also. The intersection of Fountain and gray is waiting for a street sign. My concern with that is my mother will need an ambulance and ambulance will not be able to find the address.

810 W 7th ST

Case Date:
1/3/2022

The North/South alley between 810 W. 7th and 804 W. 7th is being encroached upon by gardens, woodpiles, trees/vegetation and possibly the fence and cinder block garage owned by 810 W 7th St. As a result, the alley traffic is being diverted outside of the alley right of way and onto the private property located at 804 W. 7th. This appears to have been going on for a number of years. As the new owner of 804 W. 7th St., it is my full intention to re-claim the property/property line currently being encroached upon and proceed with renovations. I request that the Street Dept contact the owner of 810 W. 7th and order the encroachments be removed. With the assistance of a surveyor, I have located the NW and SW corner pins delineating the right of way and pounded new T posts just outside of the right of way in those spots and plan to post the entire property line once the encroachments are removed. Were I to reclaim the property line today, the alley would become impassible due to said encroachments. I request your assistance in remedying this situation in a civil and legal manner, as requests to the homeowner of 810 W.7th have fallen upon deaf ears. I request that you keep me in the loop regarding this issue. I would be happy to meet with a representative of the street dept, with survey in hand, to assist in clarifying and remedying this issue, as renovations of 804 W. 7th will begin in a few weeks. Thank you for your attention in this manner, Sincerely, Rick Laux Goldfinch Properties LLC Van Zile LLC 812/606-8332 vanzilellc@hotmail.com

604 N Staats DR

Case Date:
8/16/2022

The corner of Post Rd as you're approaching Staats on the right hand side is so overgrown with trees cars cannot be in the right lane. We walk to school with our daughter and have often had to get out of the way of traffic b/c this road is effectively 1 lane at the moment. 2 homes, the one at the corner of Staats and Post and the one at the corner of post and "Hollywood" both have shrubs/trees that impede traffic/walkers and make it even more dangerous than it should be. If the owners aren't willing to change this landscaping the city should have the ability to cut considering that the shrubs are covering no less than 3 ft into the street. This is dangerous for cars, walkers, and bike riders in the neighborhood. MUST BE ADDRESSED.
