Water smells and tastes of algae/mold.
Water pressure for the neighborhood is about 50% of normal. This includes all the houses on White Pine Dr and White Pine CT
This is an update to Case #174935. The water is now total off in the entire neighborhood (White Pine Dr and White Pine CT).
Looks like there is water leaking into street from recent city work. Location of leak is in the cul de sac on S Daniel Ct in the Kensington neighborhood.
More than one person is sick with bronchitis in multiple units in the building. The doctor states that bronchitis can be caused by materials that pollute indoor air. I know that we all share one furnace where one unit has control over the temperature of all six apartments in the building. There was questionable contaminated water that was sitting in a unit for the month that the residents were getting sick; it was plunged down the drained Monday 11/7. Though the water is not there anymore, the health and safety of the ventilation & air quality is still in question. I also cannot open the windows easily to the whole apartment to let fresh air in (is that a fire hazard?)
Sewer water is coming up through my basement floor drain due likely to a blockage somewhere in the sewer pipe line.
Water pressure is very low this morning (3/19). Pipes aren’t frozen as I do have a small stream from each tap. Is there a city issue that might be causing?
air in water line in apartment and brown cloudy water coming out of faucets
