Path/sidewalk along north side of Rogers (between High and Winding Brook Circle) is substantially overgrown, reducing effective width by almost 50% in places. There is a good amount of poison ivy included. This is a recurring problem that needs to be permanently addressed. I've reported this issue multiple times over the past couple summers. If this is city's responsibility could it be a regularly scheduled maintenance item?

An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. Sidewalk is blocked by overgrowth of shrubs. A great amount of pruning is needed.

The sidewalk on both side of our driveway have become a major trip hazard with about a 5 or 6 inch drop. We have small children that have tripped and fallen due to the root system of the trees that have caused the sidewalk to raise and crack. Additionally, small animals seem to make their way under the sidewalk.

During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? I'm happy to discuss the details. Thank you.

This property collects water in its basement, owner disposes of water by running a hose tube, to the property line, which causes soil erosion, utility pole erosion, and water on public sidewalk.
