Dry grate with inches of water around it. At least part of this grate is above grade so there is 2-3 inches of standing water after every rain. The sidewalk and yard get soaked by passing cars and there is usually standing water in the intersection that never drains, just eventually evaporates
There is a vehicle that parks on the sidewalk at this location almost daily, preventing bike and foot traffic from utilizing the sidewalk.
Fiber project was blocking the sidewalk on N Monroe at approximately 5:10pm 7/8. No signs or barricades were present.

Storm debris is on the sidewalk on Maple Street in front of a blue 2-story appartment garage under final construction, bc the house is on the corner.
