Driver operates this vehicle while it is full to the brim with garbage. He is unable to see behind him effectively enough to avoid hitting things when he backs up. He hit a car at my house a second time because of his inability to see out of the windows in his vehicle. Please help!
My neighbor at 1305 W 6th moved in last July and has not cut his grass since that time. It is long and very overgrown.

Hi can you please get this to the right person? House next to mine is rental but tenants moved out weeks ago and owner/management co has not mowed the lawn and it's crazy long! This neighbor consistently refuses to mow his lawn each year and will only mow it once in August. His weeds have now gotten well above 8 inches and are becoming a mosquito den. Thank you for the help.
Neighbor has received warnings about yard these past few weeks, but has still not dealt with excessive growth.
Excessive weeds, junk trees, trash and lack of maintenance. Possible mental health and or drug issues. Possible hoarding. Reclusive No known family 64 yr old male
Bamboo is unmaintained and out of control. It is also spreading to neighboring yards.
