The multi-use path along Country Club on the north side of the street between Rogers Street and Rockport Road needs some maintenance. There are tree branches and bushes obstructing the path. The surface is also dirty with debris, mud, and gravel.
Can’t see Graham Drive oncoming traffic when turning off Brown Avenue. Also Brown Avenue is a busy street because of school traffic turning onto Graham.

Needs debris removed in the alley, if Duke electric needs to get back there they might not be able to do so because of storm debris.
Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.
Hello, My home sits at the bottom of an incline where the water in the neighborhood drains onto our driveway and property. Every time it rains the water causes erosion on the property and flooding to our garage and yard. Not only is the un-directed water effecting us, but is also causing the road to erode where water is standing on the asphalt. As well as eroding neighbors propertys and driveway, which then end up in front of our home puddled in the street,(water,gravel,soil). A solution could be installing curbs and catchment drains in the surrounding area to better direct the water from causing more damage to ours and neighboring properties. I live near the Broadview Park and I am concerned about issues with my neighbors. The neighbor at 705 W Graham is hoarding trash on their front lawn. This includes a rusty boat that hasn't moved or been touched in months. Other trash includes all of the rusty and moldy garbage that came with the boat. I am also concerned about 707 W Graham as they have quite a bit of scrap in the back yard. They park their trailer in the far back yard amongst scrap and rusty garbage. I noticed quite a bit of bugs that are a problem for my children and pets. Both of these homes contain residents that frequently litter, scream at each other, and have very unkempt yards that cause cascading issues with other homes in the area. Multiple vending machines and garbage around property
It appears owners built new out-buildings in the back of their property within the last year. Are these up to code? This property also has a lot of garbage and equipment strewn about the yard (vending machines, etc).
Are the angled parking spaces off of Brown Avenue owned by the city? Every day there is a black truck with an extended cab that sticks out into the street. It obstructs the view of vehicles turning left onto Brown Avenue and creates a road hazard by exceeding the parking lot space.
