West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. There has been a deer hanging from a tree, gutted for several days. It’s in a tree on the main road Coolidge.

There is an excessive amount of trash in a backyard along the B-Line trail; it looks like it one of the houses on Kendall Drive has been dumping here. Trash is visible by taking the more westward of the 2 branches of the B-Line at country club (the new one) and heading north. It's pretty close to Country Club. Within a hundred yards or so.

Multiple vending machines and garbage around property

It appears owners built new out-buildings in the back of their property within the last year. Are these up to code? This property also has a lot of garbage and equipment strewn about the yard (vending machines, etc).

Graffiti on fence on private property. On other side of the street, it is on public property as well.
