During the big rain and subsequent flood of a few weeks ago, a great deal of large flotsam traveled down the stream that edges Switchyard park and got stuck against the bridge that goes under W Country Club Drive. There are large trees, pallets, large trash can and smaller debris jammed against the north side of the bridge causing a dam. The vehicle bridge is between the B-line trail and Burger King. One can see all this debris from the pedestrian bridge.

They have an excess amount of trash in yard by trash cans. There is a couch, table, shelves, etc. that have been there for weeks, if not months at this point. I'm not sure if they thing the trash company will pick it up but they aren't.

W. Graham Drive and S. Rogers has a lot of gravel in the intersection on the west side of the intersection. This is a dangerous place for gravel as people are trying to come on and off Rogers and are using the multi-use path there.

White and red medium sized dog is off leash running around the neighborhood frequently. It is generally friendly to people but upsets dogs. It goes into people's yards and harassed leashed dogs.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Large white dog jumped from the fenced in back yard onto the roof of the garage and chased me and my leashed dog down the block. The dog appears aggressive.
