The owner of this house has at least five cars, at least two of these are junk cars and don’t run. Additionally, there is trash on his front porch, yard, and driveway that has not been cleaned up in months. Please have this resident clean up his property.
I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. My daughter and I are regularly using the Bryan Park Pool this summer and I am upset at the lack of cleanliness of the pool itself. I had a pool growing up and I understand completely the challenges of keeping a pool clean. But it is OBVIOUS that little to no skimming or use of the pool vacuum is being done. There is constantly dirt in the pool along with leaves and other debris, band aids, live crawdads and yesterday (June 27) and dead mouse. This is clearly pathetic on the Parks and Rec staffs part to keep the pool clean and sanitized. It opens at 11am, staff needs to be there a little early to check the pool thoroughly to make sure it is in proper conditions to use. Stacey D.
Some time ago there was work done at this location which involved a square hole cut into the asphalt. This hole was never properly repaired and is turning into a pothole
We have spoken to our neighbors numerous times about trimming their trees…now the entire Alley behind our house is blocked with fallen trees on power lines & branches on cars parked in our driveway.
I rent a home from Olympus Properties. Lawn service is included in my lease, but I am having trouble getting them to mow the lawn. I have called them twice about this, both times grass is 10-12 inches high. This will be the third time. It had been 3+ weeks since it's been mowed. I let them know about the city ordinance, but am still having issues. Thank you for your help.
There is a large tree overhanging the street parking in front of 900 S Washington St with a very large dead section right over cars parked there. In the time I've lived across the street, two cars have been damaged by falling limbs from this tree, including one incident where a branch approx. 8" in diameter speared through someone's sunroof, totalling the car. The dead branch currently on the tree is roughly the same size and is starting to shed sticks and bark. I would like for it to be removed by the proper authorities before it falls on a car, or into the roadway or bike lane and hurts someone. Thank you!
