I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? Sidewalk has not been cleared

Last year the water meter was replaced in the street on Eastside Drive. Since that time the water pressure in the house has decreased significantly. I have called numerous times for the utilities to come and fix the problem to no avail. I've received no response. Last week, we had a rental inspection at the house and was told the water pressure needed fixed in order to pass inspection. Is there anyone available that can look at the problem that is not in the house, but in the street? Help us please!!! Thank you!!!
