I made a report asking whether the trees on east smith street near our building location are property of the city. The case #198643 . I didn't leave any contact information, so I was reaching out to include it.
We (staff) are unsure if the trees on E Smith St (near the property location 401 S Washington St) are the city property or if they belong to us. Would you be able to tell me who they belong to? If they are the property of the city, could I schedule to get them trimmed? I was notified that there has to be 3ft clearance between the tree limbs and the property.

1502 Swain Avenue is a rental property. There is no yard maintenance happening at all and everything is overgrown. They have mowed maybe once this year.
