Wanted to see if the parks and rec department could come take a look at the Beech tree on the north side of Maxwell (marker used above). Several really large dead branches that are dangerously falling in a piecemeal way. The overall health of the tree is in steady decline, and it may be easier for the city to remove it now before it is completely rotten. Thanks!

Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity rush events have been held at this location all week. Flags are back up. Blue tarps are up along Atwater between the houses as well as across the back properties preparing for another party. This neighborhood is NOT zoned for this type of activity. We appreciate your response to last week's violation. Unfortunately this continues.

Trash in yard and on the ground outside of dumpster will NOT be removed by trash company. Bags have already been ripped open. Rats sighted. Landlord and tenants continue to ignore problems caused by trash on the grounds.

On College Avenue between 9th-8th Streets, east side of the road, all but 1 light is out. Reporting for data tracking along with repair request. If not City owned, please advise responsible party if possible. GPS location in uReport is not accurate.
