There is a very large tree in the street right of way that was damaged in the storm three weeks ago. A huge limb is left hanging. When that limb falls someone will be hurt possibly killed. Whose responsibility is it to take down? The limb would no doubt fall into the street.

North side of 17th and Dunn has no pavement markings or signage to indicate the presence of a left turn only lane.
Is there a way to level Allen St from the stop sign back about 50 feet at the Bloomfield Rd intersection? The slope causes accidents and near accidents. We've had 3 cars in our yard since we've been there. We've had to fix up the chain link fence best we could. In 2 situations, our gas meter was hit, which is a serious hazard. Trash behind Washington row apartments at 240 north Washington
In the parking lot between Washington Row Apartments at 240 N Washington, and the First Presbyterian Church's parking lot on 7th street, there is trash scattered all throughout, including several ripped up bags at the back of the lot.
Party trash and spill-out from trash receptacles front and back. Reported multiple times.
Trash is strewn along the street, alleyway, caught in the trees and bushes of 1110 N Lincoln, trapped under cars and generally everywhere. Have attempted it to clean it up but continues to appear. It is unsanitary and attracting pests and rodents.
