There was a leak over winter break in my son's rental house. The water bill was over 800 dollars. We would like to dispute this bill.

Since the new tenants moved into 213 S Union, in August 2022, they have been depositing debris/trash (mattress, cardboard, etc.) behind the garage along the north/south alley. Aside from it becoming a potential winter home for rodents, it leads to cars parked in ways that often block both n/s and e/w alleys (they have been ticketed before for blocking traffic entirely.
The hole that a contractor dug to install the fiber in November 2022 is caving in across my driveway.
Folks are parked on the grass. This is a no parking street. Can you please address this? I have asked them to move their cars, but they have not. Thank you!
Lots of trash has been sitting next to the back door for months and there is lots of trash in the yard.
Trash has been sitting in the backyard next to the steps for months now and there are beverage cans through out the yard.
Large Square sodium dusk to dawn security light is ON 24 hrs a day. Photocell is broken and should shut OFF light during daytime. Repair will save $$ energy and extend life of equipment!!
Two street trees near the intersection of Eastgate Lane and SR 46 are dead and leaning toward the road.
Trash has not been disposed of for over two months, and is piling up. There is also trash in the utilities easement.
