Bushes are blocking the sidewalk at this property and the adjoining property to the south.
No Parking sign is obscured by bush or really big weed.
Dead squirrel in the road.
Vegetation growing into roadway. It is thorny and a hazard to cyclists or automotive finish. I understand the vegetation is allowed to grow wild within the property, but this is clearly impinging upon the travel lane of Hillsdale Drive.
Thorny vines growing over the edge of the road across the frontage of this property. General upkeep of property is non-existent.
Erosion noted between 7th street and the bike path as it curves under IN 46. Not bad now, but going to cause a hazard as it gets worse.
Fallen limb hanging from electrical line feeding the street light on Fifth St.
Refuse partially blocking sidewalk.
This path (4th street corridor) is not being maintained. IT was razed some time back and is getting worse.
Trees impinging the bike route on 7th st. They also block the view of oncoming traffic.
