Overgrown unkept lawn for a few months now

Blue sedan-type vehicle parked in the roadway, making it hard to traverse. There are also several cars parked on the roadway along N Hillsdale Drive, which makes travel difficult - especially around the traffic light.

Suggesting that a speed hump be put on E. Eastgate Lane, in between N. Hillsdale Dr. and the bypass. Cars fly through our street to and from the bypass, and there is a blind corner at Hillsdale and Eastgate.

The main water line from the meter to the house was leaking. It is galvanized pipe and extremely rusty. I removed the pipe but I can not find the right kind of fitting to connect the PEX pipe to the meter. Where can I get that fitting? I called the other day and spoke with someone but they could not help me. Thank you.
