The situation along the B-Line trail around the Grimes bridge is out of control. Tents have been setup along the side of the B-Line just north of the bridge. While riding through this area earlier this morning with my 11 year old, we had an individual come out of one these tents and start yelling at us. This does not feel like a safe situation for anyone.
Homeless Camp, trash and clothes everywhere. By the dog park. On the southside of the park.

My next door neighbor has set up a unhoused encampment next door. They have unleashed dogs we can climb under the fence and there is no access to water, trash disposal, or bathroom facilities. No discussion was had with me prior to the encampment moving in and it is preventing me or my dog being able to use our backyard.

They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Drug use and evidence of drug use was found. Do not want criminal charges or anything, just for them to not set up In our backyard.

Fence knocked down on 2 sides of property, tree debris in yard, limb hanging dangerously over public walkway in front of home.
I have plumbers at my house now doing extensive digging to resolve a backup in the main sewer line. They believe the blockage is within city jurisdiction. We have had sewage spewing into our shower and the toilet won't flush the last 24 hours
The trash/recycling crew left most all cans thrown off the sidewalk, into the road on their sides today. This is not normally the case, and it was absolutely NOT weather related. The trucks woke me up three times today. And then I find my trash can only half emptied, with one bag still in it. Either the trucks are malfunctioning, or someone was in a bit of a hurry to get done with the route.
