The property at 312 N. Washington St. has had bags of trash in its front yard, plus in tree, for weeks now. The bags are ripping open and sending trash flying. There is what I like to call the Trash Christmas Tree by the sidewalk, a large branch filled with trash.
Trash overflowing from trash bins, and trash bins stored in inappropriate location (as in, not in front of the house).
The 'do not walk' light on the southeast corner of 7th and Walnut is burned out.
There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property.So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. House has couches and furniture in the yard, trash all over the yard that travels across and in to the street near the poplars garage. This trash and debris has been outside and growing since last week.
This an insane amount of trash, broken glass, furniture and shit all over this yard. Why isn't the city riding their ass every day?! Y'all should make a point of driving past these assholes place everyday.

It seems that the timing of the traffic lights on College through downtown needs to be re-set or something. I drive that route 4 mornings a week at about 5:45 am and typically I will stop at a light at either 10th or 11th and from then on it's smooth sailing. Starting last week, the timing was off, and since then I've had to stop at as many as 5 intersections between 11th and 1st Streets. Just wanted to let you know! :) Thanks!
