We were overcharged for water this month. The SA Customer Portal Dashboard says we consumed 1,774 gallons of water from August 2-September 1, and the bill claims we consumed 3,000 gallons.

The porch on this house is MISSING! Meaning, there are no floor boards. Anyone stepping onto the porch at night in the dark (human or animal) will fall into an abyss. This building should be repaired or removed - it is dangerous.

Not sure what is going on at the empty lot at 416 E cottage Grove but is seems to have become a dumping grounds for old building material including a pile of old wood with nails in it. No building permit is visible at the site.
