crows had attacked the back parking lot early Dec 17th. My wife and I cleaned up the back parking lot Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon I went to Lowes and bought two fake Horned Owls and placed them on my air conditioner units. The next day Dec 20th there were no signs of crow activity from the night before.

Homeless people leaving debris against our building(Mural Wall) Also Patrons of people's park have been urinating by our dumpster (we have witnessed) and the corner where our mural wall ends and your fence begins. We have been bleaching the our property to remove the urine smell. We have also witness a few health events from the park patrons and where ambulances have been called. I would also suggest locking up the power outlet at the North end of the park because patrons of the park have been camping out re-charging their cell phones
The curb cut has turned into a sink hole at the southwest corner of 9th and IN. The sidewalk on the opposite corner (north side of 9th between Indiana and Fess) is also a problem.

There are a lot of rocks on the edges of the road on both sides in this block. Looks like they are from a recent construction project that was not cleaned up afterwards, and they look like they are too big for the street-cleaning machines to pick up.
Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. We live on a one way street but there is only a one way sign on the main road entrance of the street. As a result of this, GPS navigation sends cars down the wrong way of the one way and this is incredibly dangerous. There needs to be a new sign put in on the other side of the street to stop this from happening.
