On 8th St. in between Dunn and Indiana there are absolutely no street lights and it is pitch black at night. One block up the street (towards Grant) there are some but none on our side.

Trash and broken furniture all over ground around dumpster on east side of building, viewable from Harold Street.

The ally that runs between 516 N Grant and 520 N Grant is almost impassible. There are numerous pothole which are extrememly deep, a regular car bottoms out when trying to drive through. The road Harrold, right behind is also severely delapitated.
