Sidewalk is completely blocked by overgrown bushes
Sidewalk is completely blocked by overgrown bushes
Property is so overgrown with invasive, noxious plants along alley that a tree is now leaning and is in contact with electric service wires. Also, utility pole on SE corner of lot has vines growing up near the transformer and just a few feet away from high voltage distribution lines. Property owner has let the entire property degrade so that what was once a good example of 1890s architecture is now a hovel/shack that is an embarrassment for the entire neighborhood.
Property is regularly overgrown with invasive, noxious plants such as tree of heaven. Parker management openly admits that they do not regularly mow or shovel sidewalks for their properties, and will only do so if they receive a complaint. We hope that HAND chooses to issue fines rather than warnings for this company's rentals. They know better, but just choose to disregard responsibility and decency.
Discarded furniture along street. Property to the east across the alley has the same. It's been there so long it is killing the grass. If residents have moved out, can property owners be obliged to clean up their tenants' messes?
When uReport case #184684 was submitted, the interface assigned it to the wrong address when the map was clicked on. The tree of issue is on the east side of Dunn, right by the parking lot for 502 E. 12th Street and standing on the NW corner of the lot for 820 N. Dunn. There is poison ivy on the north side of the tree, with many other invasive plants growing all around the base of it.
The trees are overgrown and hanging over the sidewalk and roadway. They need to be trimmed. Thank you.
Unhoused campsite drifts into 7th St bikeway. 2 weeks now.
New tenants at 800 and/or 806 N. Lincoln have been parking in and blocking E/W alley that is between the houses.
Trash bins and pile of trash on sidewalk, NW corner of lot by alley.
Our recycling bin is missing out of the back alley
