The larger shelter at Building Trades Park looks like it will fall down any minute. I went there for a neighborhood meeting a couple weeks ago and am no longer comfortable scheduling our own neighborhood meetings in the park because it looks so unsafe

Suspicious person has been parking in the Building Trades Park parking lot for months and seems to sit in his truck for hours almost every afternoon. As I was riding my bike by the parking lot, he drove out of the parking lot and followed me on Howe St heading east until I got on the b-line.
I am not sure what the owner of this building has planned, but it seems there has seem some slow work done to the house since my husband and I have bought and renovated our home a year and a half ago. In this time, we have seen animals come and go from this abandoned house, seemingly homeless people come and go from the basement and the windows boarded up. This home is in utter disarray. With so many homes in the prospect hill area being renovated and maintaining the historical feel, this is one of the few if not the only home that is a major eye sore on our neighborhood. I am not sure if there can be anything done legally to motivate the owner to do renovations more quickly or to just tear it town. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated to address this problem. Grass is nearly 18” tall
A White Mercedes was abandoned parked on the street front of the house for more than 2 now's. I called a few months ago to report and have it removed. Unfortunately there’s no follow up. The car is still there. It is a great inconvenience for me since we can not use the parking spot in front of the property, and I suspect someone may be using it to store things or sleep. I appreciate your prompt response.
There has been a couch sitting in front of house for atleast 2 weeks. No tag observed for trash pick up.
I have applied for assistance I have broken windows in my house my ex boyfriend broke out and my furnace and electric box are torn up and it’s freezing in my house. I am a victim of violent crime and domestic violence including identity theft and fraud and Hayley Sipes stole all of my personal information and using it she has Matt Biggs phone 812-585-5400 and with my ex boyfriend Travis Knight and last week they took me to Brazil In to be harmed she stole my id social security card and all debit cards. I’ve applied for assistance was offered home replacement etc and she and Deb Thomas stole everything that was offered to me. Thank you
